Starting with the END in mind

In partnership with the Small Business Network of Austcham

‘Starting with the end in mind’ sounds simple. Unfortunately, most people lose sight of the strategic management of their business and this vital habit ends up not being followed. Being so entrenched running their business day to day, these business owners don’t allocate the time and energy to planning and designing the method to help them maximise the value of the business and achieve a successful exit.

Our panel of experts will provide you with the tools and skills you will need for the perfect business exit. They will outline the different type of exit plans that are available and how to choose the correct one for your business while providing examples of successful and unsuccessful exits
